Use Halloween fabric for a spookier feel or try it out in batiks, solids, or autumn prints for a different vibe. The pattern also  includes cutting directions for using a layer cake (10″ squares)

24 – 5” Squares for Pumpkin
10 – Contrasting  5” Squares for Stem & Stars
5/8 yard Background Fabric
1/2 yard Border Fabric
1 1/4 yards for Backing
1/3 yard for Binding (4 WOF Strips)
