Crystal Lake Fat Quarter Quilt Pattern

If you love giant blocks, scrappy piecing and fat quarters this is the quilt pattern for you! This pattern is very easy to personalize and resize.

In an effort to keep the math simple  I designed it so you’ll need a single fat quarter for each block. If you want to make a 4-block baby quilt, you’ll need 4 Fat Quarters. If you want to make this 20-block throw, you’ll need 20!

This forgiving pattern includes 4 different layouts for your final quilt.

Baby Quilt – 31 inches x 31 inches
Fabric Requirements:
– 4 Fat Quarters
– 1/8 yard Sashing
– 1 yard Backing
– 1/3 yard Binding  (3 – 2.5″ strips)

Throw Quilt – 63 inches x 79 inches
Fabric Requirements:
– 20 Fat Quarters
– 5/8 yard Sashing
– 4 yards Backing
– 5/8 yard Binding (8 – 2.5″ strips)
